 Still haven't seen my X-mas Present May 24, 2007

My girlfriend gave me a "Giftscription" for X-mas, and I was very happy. I promptly (within 2 weeks) returned my request for a subscription to Men's Health. My girlfriend received a thank you card several months ago. In hindsight, I wish she had kept it with the postmarked envelope. At the beginning of May, I contacted Men's Health customer service and inquired why I haven't received any issues yet. They replied that they had only just received the order on May 2nd, and it will be 4-6 more weeks before I see my first issue. I hope my situation is just an anomaly and not the norm, but I cannot recommend this service to anyone. I have emailed Giftscriptions, but have not received a reply as of yet.

I bought this product for my daughters' godparents for Christmas. They are in their low to mid 20s and being an "old married woman," I had no idea what the young people like these days. It turns out, this is what they like. They pick the magazine that interests them and get to read it for 6 months. Not bad.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member. I was impressed with the actual presentation of the gift certificate. The box is a nice size and very attractive. She was excited by all the choices and the fact that her gift would last all year while she enjoys her magazines.
