Product Description Shampoo bars last longer if you give them a waterproof home to nest in. So we've created a tin for just this purpose. LUSH shampoo tins also hold our facial cleansers and other minimally packaged goodies. Get a FREE Shampoo Bar Tin (when in stock) when you buy 2 shampoo bars.

Handy November 1, 2008 Lush's products are so great, it figures they'd add a tin to carry their fantastic shampoo bars. I use it only for travel and tuck my shampoo in it at the last moment. Keeps the shampoo clean and safe and protects my other items, too. Be sure your bar is dry before you pack it. Otherwise, carry a little baggie to prevent it sticking to the tin.
TWO SHAMPOOS FOR HARD AND SOFT WATER October 26, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
"You're an old smoothie. I'm an old softie." Yep, we're both of those and in this together if we're shampooing hair in soft water. This old smoothie wanted bounce, shine and body not lank locks that lay there limply.
Lush Soft Shampoo Bar to the rescue with its infusion of sea salts for volume and Irish Moss to protect against dryness. Love the handy little sweet smelling bar, so trim in its silver toned tin container and space saving for travel.
Now, just to prove that Lush doesn't take sides there is also a Hard Shampoo Bar specifically formulated for those battling the effects of hard water on hair and scalp. It's rich in cocoa butter and infused with egg for strength and added protein.
A Great Idea August 31, 2008 These shampoo bar tins are a great idea. Lush's shampoo bars fit right inside them, and they make carrying them for travel, gym, or whatever possible and easy. They also give you a secure place to keep your shampoo bars in your own shower without them getting wet, and keeping them dry drastically prolongs their life. Their sleek, inconspicuous metal design is also pleasing. The reason I gave this product a 3 is that there seems to be a LOT of variation in how well these tins open and close. I own 5-6 of these tins now (yeah, I've got a lot of shampoo bars) and some of them snap on and off easily. But others are nearly impossible to get off, and very difficult to snap on tightly. I basically have to keep those tins loose, as months of usage have still not made them any easier. I know it's not the overall design of the product because others work just fine. So, great product when it works. The best solution may be to buy them in person at a Lush store so that you can test them and make sure you get one that snaps and unsnaps easily.
Once you put your shampoo in, it's not coming out! January 15, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This tin is exactly the same size as Lush's solid shampoos and makes traveling with toiletries a breeze. The lid easily snaps on and off, but it can be hard to open if your hands are wet, so open it before you get in the shower.
The only downside, really, is that once you put your solid shampoo in this tin, you're not going to get it out again unless you resort to extreme measures (i.e., butterknife). If you'd rather avoid this, try using the Body Butter Tin by LUSH to house your solid shampoos instead of this little circular tin.
Essential for Lush Products... July 27, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
These Lush tins are great for their products because they don't have those anoying little air holes in them like the conventional soap containers sold at drug stores, so none of the product gets waisted. I just wish that they were a bit larger :-)
