Based in Beverly Hills, California, Leaf & Rusher was founded a mere five years ago by Dr. Norman Leaf, a renowned plastic surgeon, and Rand Rusher, a respected nurse specializing in skin-enhancement programs. Their clientele includes actors and actresses from throughout the world.
The founders have said, "Our intimate and extensive experience with the skin's aging process allowed us to validate our theory that highly active forms of vitamins, algae and messenger peptides in an effective delivery system can visibly improve texture, tone and clarity on a wide variety of skin types."
That's proven true in my case as the tone and clarity of my skin has improved with the use of Leaf & Rusher Skin Tonic. It's acid and alcohol free (unlike some harsh toners) and both soothes and hydrates as it tightens pores and brightens the skin.
The Skin Tonic also gently but thoroughly exfoliates to remove dull surface skin cells.
For me, best results have been achieved by applying with a cotton ball both morning and evening after cleansing. A generous 4 oz. bottle has lasted six months.
