too light doesn't match "cream" foundation April 26, 2008

I'm very disappointed with this product due to the color. I even called Avon customer service, AND an Avon rep before I ordered. I purchased a foundation in the "cream" color, and wanted a powder and powder /foundation to match.....but "cream" is not an option. It's way too light. I was trying to get the closest match to CREAM.....not even close.
Why don't they jusy state what shades coordinate with the others....really
