I am in the same boat with everyone else. I ordered three of these and realized they weren't going to ship me a treestand at all. I contacted sportsmans guide and they say to ship it back and they will give me a free $10 coupon with them. I emailed them three other times trying to get a treestand from them and I get back emails that I believe are automated replies. It sure is disappointing to have this type of service. I just want a treestand. Does anyone know what we can do to have them honor their word?
Dana, how did you go about contacting Amazon about this? I haven't seen a phone number listed anywhere to talk to a real person. I wonder why they want you to keep the shipment?

Incorrect item information: Not a Tree Stand October 15, 2008

I contacted Sportsman's Guide about the incorrect items being shipped. They checked and said Amazon had put the incorrect information on their site and to refuse the shipment. When they received it, they would contact Amazon who would issue a credit back to my account.
I then contacted Amazon who said that I needed to receive the shipment. They also said that Sportsman's was the one who put the listing up, not Amazon, and that they (Sportsman's)were obligated to sale the item stated on the confirmation or a similar item for the sale price. I will receive my shipment tomorrow and proceed from there.

HAVENT GOT PRODUCT YET BUT ON THERE CONFIRMATION THEY ARE SHOWING A DIFFERENT PRODUCT. I HAVE FILLED OUT A CLAIM WITH THE FTC. WE'LL SEE HOW IT GOES FROM HERE. BEST ADVICE IS FOR EVERYONE TO DO THIS. THEN WE WILL SEE RESULTS.
