The smaller volume of this pack provides a better fit for the generally smaller female torso than DaKine's unisex version of the same pack. For one, the Girl's Heli Pro is capable of hauling a snowboard in a cross carry arrangement thanks to a secondary external back panel that creates a wide, stable carry sleeve. Another upgrade is the spacious, easily accessible external snowtool pocket, large enough for a snow shovel, skins, and an extra layer of clothing. And if that's not enough tool carrying capacity, a quick draw ice axe / shovel handle holster is also included. Additional carry features include a stable, three-strap, vertical snowboard carry option and diagonal ski carry capability. The DaKine Girl's Heli-Pro also offers upgraded pocket features. The zippered tool pocket includes a secure key clip and a zippered waistbelt pocket accommodates most digital cameras, making it real handy to record an unforgettable run.
