This is a great playard and as all playards it has its flaw of kids not wanting to stay in it. Our daughter stays in it for some time when she is in the mood. It is not very small so she really does not feel trapped. It is a bit tricky to put it together and take it apart. But overall it is a great product, great quality, and safe. It will allow you to go to the bathroom and feel assured that nothing can happen to your child in that next couple of minutes. :)

To start, I would recommend purchasing the model with at least the changing add-on. It really does add to the functionality of the unit, of course, if you don't need it, this model is certainly money saved.
I have been impressed with the design, style and construction of all of the Combi products we have purchased. This was no different. It is much sturdier than some of the other big-name products on the market.
Setup: My mother in law took it upon herself to try to set it up the first time. She gave up without completing it. I ended up doing it myself when I got home and had no problems. We never had a need to fold it back up during our use. When I finally did fold it back up to sell it I found the task a little difficult. It took two of us to get it folded and back in the bag.
Use: This served primarily as our downstairs changing table. We never used the bassinet at all, although it was sturdy. The play yard itself was a failure with my daughter who refused to stay in it. It turned into an emergency "holding pen" for my wife when she absolutely had to leave the little one unattended briefly.
That's not a reflection on the product though, just on our needy daughter. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to someone else - even someone planning to travel with it. I think the folding and unfolding would become second nature after a few attempts.
