Plastic Junk! Baby falls forward. Toys have no function. My son hated this thing and cried every time he was put in it.

I just ordered this Exersaucer with the Jungle theme. I'm having an issue with the spring back posts.. none of them spring back automatically. you got to start turning them before you can feel the spring back motion.. the manual says in bold letters that the post must spring back..
needless to say I will be returning this to amazon

NEVER EVEN GOT A CHANCE TO USE THIS BECAUSE THERE IS
A MANUFACTURING DEFECT!! WHEN PUTTING TOGETHER
THERE IS A PART IN THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT SAYS THE 4
PEDESTALS MUST SPRING BACK....WELL, ONLY 1 SPRINGS
BACK....CALLED THE COMPANY & THEY SENT OUT A NEW ONE,
BUT IT HAS THE SAME ISSUE!! CALLED THEM AGAIN & THEY
SAID TO JUST RETURN TO STORE!!
IT WOULDN'T BE SUCH A BIG ISSUE, BUT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS
IT IS IN BOLD & ALL CAPS THAT THEY MUST SPRING BACK, SO IT
HAS TO BE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE FUNCTION OR SAFETY
OF THE PRODUCT!!
AFTER PAYING THIS MUCH MONEY FOR A PRODUCT IT SHOULD
NOT HAVE THIS KIND OF AN ISSUE!!
VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO!!!!

Our son loves this toy. He's been enjoying it for the last few months and still gets pleasure from it. He is now 8 months old and seems to know how everything works. The main drawback to this product is the time assembling it. I expect that he will continue to enjoy this for a couple more months.

Christmas gift for 3 month old grandson. Play mat was fun, but he loves it as a saucer. He can hit things(by accident)and activate noise and lights. Soon he will grow into it and be able to move around. Jungle Saucer will be fun for hours of play and months to come.
