Real Life Shopping Cart for Toddlers March 15, 2010

I bought this cart for my daughter Lili and she loves it. We actually go shopping together and she pushes her cart around with real food that we purchase. Be careful though not to put to much weight. Anyway, lots of compliments from people who always ask me where I got it. Sometimes people think it belongs to the store-LOL! ;)

I'm not sure how educational a shopping cart is, so I gave 4 stars. However, buy this thing it's great my kids fight over it, they love pushing it around and collecting things, running it into walls, etc.Easy to put together, I was a little stupid on installing the red plastic seat part, but you will figure it out, or you will do it right the first time, and think how can anyone try to do it any other way. Very durable and I've got a seven year old ADHD boy that is always testing the limits of everything I buy.

These are the cutest, sturdiest and most realistic play shopping carts I have ever seen! was able to assemble it quickly, about 5 minutes and luckily all you need to assemble it is included in the box. A nice safety feature is the "spring loaded" bottom. If something too heavy is placed in the carriage, it lowers to the ground safely. I put one in the back our SUV when I shop, and my 5 year old shops with me. I've taught her how to pick out good fruit, and started showing her the difference in prices and products. She's much more interested in shopping with me now. Kudos for creating such a real looking, durable product!

I bought this shopping cart for a friend of mine retiring from a grocery store. I will make it into a planter because she loves her garden. It was better than I expected, and so realistic. I ordered on a Monday and recieved it Wednesday, superfast. Very happy customer.
