The BOB car seat adapter is perfect! It makes taking a newborn out for a jog amazingly easy! It also came with the foam block to keep the car seat elevated.

We bought the stroller without the adapter first. Then we realized it would be a long time before we could use it because our baby is so tiny and the stroller is so big, so we bought the adapter... If installed properly, it fits perfectly and the stroller folds fine too. Now we can use our stroller from day one onward.... Perfect!
It's a pricey piece of tubing, but you've got to have it... I personally think it should have been coming with the stroller...
We have the Graco Snugride 32 and it fits perfectly but you have to use the block of foam (you will understand what I mean when you get it).
Well designed, high $, but if you bought a BOB, thats not your main concern... November 16, 2009

Great addition to a great product - Contrary to what some have posted already about the install being difficult, I found the process to be quite easy and was done in less than 10 minutes. The Tray portion does seem that it will be a little bit too high for the child. The Graco Snugride 32 is one of the availble seats, and is what we have, our car seat adapter also came with a block of styrofoam to elevate the car seat to level - I was a little unhappy about having to worry about that part getting lost when we fold up the stroller - there isn't anything to hold it in - seems like an afterthought. I gave it 4 stars still due to quality and the togetherness of the entire product (including the stroller) Best of luck.

Although this does what it is supposed to, I can't help feeling ripped off since it is just a piece of metal, thus the two starts.

I'm so pleased that BOB strollers have an infant seat adapter. The BOB stroller is our main stroller. We're very excited to use this excellent product, but it's too hot outside this summer in Houston to go outside with a week-old infant. I have confidence that this is an excellent product.
