Comfortable, but don't buy the White ones October 3, 2008
I was discouraged when I first tried them on because they were very tight but once I wore them for a few days, they loosened up and became much more comfortable. I bought the white sandal, which looked great for a couple days, but get dirty very quickly. I would buy these sandals again.

This is the 4th pair of Rainbow sandals I have purchased for my college age children...and this one a replacement for some "well worn" ones! They are a great product and worth the money, yes a bit much for "flip flops" but these are not "flip flops" and are well worth the money!

Beside from being the wrong color, the sandals I got were fake... not real Rainbow flip-flops... couldnt ask for an exchange because Im currently outside the US, and it would take too much time and effort (and of course, money) to send them back. Be aware, looks can be deceiving (specially with the pictures they show you).
Great Sandals September 21, 2008
At first they were to small...I have a size 13 foot and did not know what size to get, the XL or XXL. Decided on the XL, at first they seemed to small and I thought I made the wrong choice. After a while (a month of wear)they stretched to fit perfect. I am so happy with them, in fact I have now wore them two strait weeks and yes that even includes work.

I bought my first pair of Rainbow sandals after reading a ton of reviews online and having talked to people that own them. Starting out, I couldn't imagine paying $40 for a pair of flip flops. But boy am I glad I did.
These are by far the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. Once they broke in, they were like heaven. The only problems I have with them are that I got them a size too large. Once they broke in, they loosened up and I have a little trouble keeping them on my feet, and at some times the surface can be a little slick and my foot slides, but other than that, I can honestly say these are the best sandals I own.
I went on a binge and bought 3 expensive pairs of sandals around the same time. I got a pair of these obviously, along with a pair of Reef Fanning's, and a pair of Quiksilver. While I enjoy all three, most of all the Rainbow and Reef, I have to say these are my favorites. They go with more or less anything you wear, and feel like they'll last me a lifetime.
