 Cuter than "traditional" crocs, but more comfortable crocs models exist August 28, 2008
The "Mary Jane" style of crocs garden sandals is certainly much cuter than "traditional" crocs (these are more streamlined, less clunky), but more comfortable crocs models do exist. They're crocs, so of course they are comfortable. But some other crocs models have more/denser sole cushioning and more arch support. This model is great for very general casual use (i.e. running out to do errands), but for heavy-duty walking try the Athens! (Note: crocs mold to your feet [stretch somewhat], so best to opt for smaller rather than larger if you're between sizes)

I decided to get the crocs at the sugestion of my sister. I am 8 months pregnant and flip flops were not giving me enough support. I love the mary jane style and I love the fact I can just slip them on. (bending over is not easy at this point.) They are so light and my tutoring students think they are cool. My only complaint is that the tread on the bottom is beginning to wear down and I have only had them a month. It may be because I wear them so much or the extra wieght I have right now. Overall an excellent shoe.

As far as Crocs go, these aren't ugly. They're actually kind of cute. But the real allure is how COMFORTABLE these shoes are! I figured Crocs had to be comfy since their looks can't account for their popularity, but these are easily the most comfortable shoes I have.
It feels like they are made out of some kind of squishy plastic. The soles are nice and thick - you can even walk over rocks and it feels nice.
These shoes are sized a little big. For regular shoes, I wear 9 - 9 1/2, so I bought a size 9. They are plenty roomy. In fact, I think I might buy another pair in a size 8.

These are the best shoes I've ever bought! I purchased 2 pair to wear to Disney World because my feet always kill me. My feet never hurt once!! A must have!

I really liked these shoes but had to return them because when I stood my foot slid foward and they were to small. I would recommend buying them one size up. When I bought my first pair of crocs thats what the sales guy told me, but then everybody made fun of my shoes being to big so thats why I got my size this time and look! they didn't fit! Just something to think about. Anyone who likes crocs will like these.
