I first bought this product early this week and recieved a good deal on over night shipping but when it came to the quality of the product vs. the price it didn't add up to me in my mind. When the product came the balls were in fine condition and quite nice but the carring wooden box was poorly made and had been already falling apart and simply had little structural integrety left. Because of this i decided to return the item for a new one. The service on this return was relativly simple and fast since the balls got picked up the day after i put in for a return for the balls and the replacement set came that same day. But once again the box came in poor condition, already falling apart. The only difference was that it still had descent structural integrety. Im still unsure about keeping this set since it is a faulty product and I really doubt it will ever not be one since this is the second set i have recieved. Although the balls are quite nice, I'd expect a fairly nice carrying case for 80 some bucks. All in all the balls are nice, case is poorly built and faulty and the service was quite impressive.
