Product Description New - NO BLISTER
Amazon.com For fastidious groomers, this trimmer takes care of unsightly nose and ear hair for an impeccable turnout. A much safer alternative to scissors, the ergonomic stainless-steel blade retains its sharpness over time and is surrounded by a safety cone for careful trimming without piercing skin. This model is fully immersible in water so it can be used in the shower or bath as well as in dry conditions. The groomer operates on one AA battery (not included), which yields 90 minutes of use. This grooming tool has a protective cap for when it's not in use and is compact enough to travel with you in a gym bag or carry-on suitcase. --Cristina Vaamonde

Lousy product! October 6, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Like most things Panasonic, this thing broke down after about a year. Even when it worked, it was uncomfortable to use because even with fresh batteries it pulled hairs as much as cut them. It's cheaply made, and in spite of its premium price, it's a lousy product. Don't waste your money.

I had an old 411, lost it and purchased 2 other brands and panasonic 415. None compare with the quality trim and closeness of the 411. Once you try this 411 the rest will end up in the trash. This is the PERFECT trimmer.
Panacea for the hirsutely challenged ..... July 28, 2008 I've had this trimmer for 2 years now, and what a trouper it's been! I'm one of those evolutionary challenged individuals whom nature forgot when it slowly eliminated fur from teh great apes. It was getting to a point where I seriously considered braiding the unsightly nose hair and perhaps start a new trend a la nose piercing, and call it nostril art. I could claim I was only expressing my artistic side.
My wife got this for my birthday after several bouts of serious sneezing when we were intimate. I have not looked back since. Despite the fact that my sink clogs up with massive amounts of hair this trimmer mows them down and keeps going. Kudos to Panasonic for designing an essential product in every red blooded man's toilet kit!
Worked Great....at first.... July 5, 2008 Mine worked wonders at first. But like a bunch of other reviewers it just quit one morning. I tried washing the tip but now it just makes an awful racket when I can get it to work. The blades seem very fragile. It appears after some usage the blades gum up and get distorted. It doesn't take much to make it quit. I don't expect it to last forever, but I did expect it to last longer than it did. I'll be looking for a different product as a replacement.
Just Awful Quality June 14, 2008 This product has never worked right. It makes a lot of noise like it's doing something, but spins and spins and doesn't remove any hair. If you mash it flush against the skin (which is a real blast), it might nick a hair or two. I had one of these previously that worked pretty good. It eventually died & I bought this 'upgraded' model. Another piece of junk product made in China. Buy something else. I really wish companys would stop outsourcing production to China which clearly has zero quality control.
