 Great Moccasin--Great Value! January 21, 2008
I bought these for my son for Christmas. He had been looking for a pair like these (with a nice lining and soft leather sole) for quite a while. All he had found were ones that were quite a bit more expensive. How nice it was to find these! He is very pleased with them.

Purchased for a relative who has been wanting a pair like these for years. He wanted something comfortable for around the house, not a stiff soled pair but well made of quality materials. These were perfect. He put them on and said they seemed a little on the snug side but he seemed confident that they would give a little because of what they're made of. He wore them all day long, so they must not have been too snug. He's a size 11 and that's what I ordered him. Shipped very quickly and the shipping fee was included in the price. Would recommend these.

These moccasins are warm and cozy, without making your feet sweat. However, since there is no rubber sole, they are not made for wearing outside the house. That said, this is a good price for quality wool pile moccasins. However you might want to consider upgrading to a pair with a rubber sole.
They are narrow so consider going up a 1/2 a size. I normally wear a 6 or 6 1/2 and the 7s fit me fine.

I finally bought another pair of these after my first pair was 18 YEARS OLD! These things seemingly last forever. Granted, on my 18 year old pair, there wasn't much of the pile lining left in them, but the suede and the stitching had held up all that time. The new pair was fabulously comfortable. I preferred this pair, without a rubber soul to anything else. If I had any critisism, it would be it's slightly difficult to tell the left and right slippers apart. These are definitely a cold weather slipper, as they make your feet really warm. Obviously, without any rubber soul, these are mainly built for indoors... I don't do much running out to get the paper or mail in these things. Still, VERY satisfied with my new pair.

Have often had a problem in the past with slippers that stretched out too much and/or made my feet sweat, but these fit well and are comfy without being overly warm. So happy with them I bought a pair for my partner, who is also very happy with them.
