 The worst purchase I've made to date: 01-2009 January 7, 2009
Sorry folks, but I would not buy another pair of these gloves (GR2269). Because when they were delivered very late (and FALSELY blamed on weather; In fact, FedEx took on more than they could handle), and guess what!!... I'm Out the $18 that I paid EXTRA to have next day shipping!
(I could have used the 3-5 day "FREE Super Saver Shipping", and not paid for any shipping and still got it here by the time it actually got here!
My pkg sat in FedEx's distribution center less than 10 miles from my house for 3 and a half days.
By the way, my mailman made it, my milkman made it, and even a UPS truck was on our streets delivering, all with no problems.
ON top of this, after I received the gloves (which were to be a gift for a visiting relative from out-of-state), I looked them over and was shocked to see the very poorly sewn edges on both gloves, both had very inconsistant hems and one was even missing some of the stiching and you could see behind the lining!!! When I call this outfit "leather Gloves Online" I related my findings and he said (as an excuse...) "oh yeah, that's because those are hand stitched to finish them off" (WHAT!!!) I told him I want to return these gloves and I want moneys credited back regarding the shipping fiasco too. He did email me my return postage label, however today 01-07-09, I've been notified by Amazon that I will not be refunded any part of my $18 express shipping fee I paid in the hopes of getting my inferior gloves in time to give to recipient before their visit was over. I made my purchasing decision after I read all of these glowing reviews! I should have known it was too good to be true; I guess live and learn!

By far the best gloves I've bought. The leather is sooo smooth and the cashmere is sooo soft and warm! I'm definitely buying another pair. Really fast shipping too, I think the package got here 3 or 4 days early.

The product is as described. The leather is soft, craftsmanship good and the lining is soft, warm, and not at all bulky. I actually ordered two pairs. Very happy with the product and the delivery. Thank you.
