I paid for fast shipping, it arrived 3 days after the wedding. That became a mute point however. I would not have given this bit of junk to the bride anyway. The photo of the handkerchief is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I received a "grayed bit of machine stitched" fabric. It certainly was not "hand embroidery" and the Belgians would not like to be represented by this. Very poor quality. I am glad I found another beautiful handkerchief from a different source that the bride loved. I think I'll use this one to scrub the sink. !!!

I had no idea that ladies' handkerchiefs were almost a 'thing of the past.' Not that I would use it to blow my nose, however, I remember ladies having them when I was a child, plus I think it looks nice to have one in the breast pocket of a suit (depending on the suit style - of course). The hand-embroidered handkerchiefs are of excellent quality and I look forward to purchasing more.

I don't have the time to give a rating to every one of the products I ordered from this company (at least 15), but suffice it to say, my mother is/was ecstatic about them! As cheap as she is, she called me long-distance after each and every delivery to thank me again and again for all the wonderful handkerchiefs I purchased and had sent to her.
And she STILL calls at least once a week! This woman's existing handkerchiefs were thread-bare (yes, she's THAT cheap on some things :-), and you would think I gave her the Moon, she is so happy with Lartisana's products!
Definitely do not hesitate to order these products! They are FANTASTIC!

This embroidered handkerchief is very thing you want in a ladies handkerchief. It really is lovely.
