Great purchase!July 25, 2008 This is a great case for the Elph series cameras. I carry it in my purse all the time and the clip on it can be hooked to your belt loop. The extra pocket for batteries or memory cards is also quite convenient. I would recommend this highly!

I purchased this case for my SD870 and it's just perfect! The camera does not move around inside (and that is great protection to the tiny parts inside the camera)due to the velcro strap, plus it has room for an extra battery and SD card. I have purchased some other cases before at stores that even cost more but not happy with them. This one is stylish, quality material and the caribiner is very useful to clip on to anything (belt loops, handbags, etc.) The vendor VIZU is also reliable, quick turn around. I would buy again from them.

While the Canon SD1100 certainly fits within this case, it's a bit disingenuous to sell this case as _for_ the SD1100; it's far too big for the camera. Besides the problem with the camera sliding about within, using so big a case nullifies the compactness that is a major selling point of the SD1100.
Otherwise, not a bad quality case; it is actually a perfect fit for a Flip Video Ultra.

This case is just for my Canon PowerShot SD1100IS need. It has the exactly interior space , with slack for carrying a battery and an extra memory card. The best thing is that the outside is very hard, resistant to scratches and internal belt to attach the camera, gives real protection against falls. This case is better than many I've seen a higher price.
