I would give this tiara 0 stars if that was possible... I had ordered the tiara for my granddaughter's birthday to go with a Fancy Nancy book. Looking at the picture I assumed it was a small tiara. I was surprised to find it was a small comb instead when I opened the packaging this morning. On top of that, it had been mailed in a very flimsy box inside of an unpadded envelope that was smashed flat. The top is broken off and it's unusable. Don't buy it!
