This is so not worth the money - should be half the price for the quality of construction. It offers little back/lumbar support so if you are looking for that, try a different product. If you are trying to conceal, or lessen the appearance of your tummy, this doesn't cut it either. I thought it would be helpful while dieting, and help my posture, but I was incredibly disappointed.

Nice and simple. My girlfriend noticed a difference. It's basically like sucking in your gut without the discomfort of having to hold it in. Not as pronounced as a men's corset, but worth it.
Having never worn one of these I needed some help figuring out how to get it on. I found closing it first then slipping it over my head works best.
