The trackball worked very well. I did have some problems from time to time when scrolling, but I had the same issue with the OEM trackball. I would definately purchase another if I still ahd my blackberyy.

I have a BB Curve 8330 and when my trackball fell out; I decided to buy a pink one this time. I was nervous about the installation but it went in perfectly. The problem is when it lights up it looks very dirty and when it seems to have a mind of its own when you scroll. Sometimes it won't move at all. Sometimes it'll move very slowly. Sometimes it will move in the opposite direction. Sometimes it will click the button even with the slightest pressure from scrolling. Very rarely does it work as well as the original one. It is very frustrating, especially when trying to scroll through a long document or web page. Based on the other reviews it seems that some people love it and have had a lot of success with it and others had similar problems.
