Item is VERY cheap and may fall apart after the first use (clear material not much stronger than a ziploc bag) but will serve our purposes perfectly (Halloween). I don't suggest purchasing this item to be your daily-use umbrella. A small gust of wind will tear it, but that is what you get for this price. We were excited that it's a full length umbrella though... I don't remember that being listed in the post. Shipped fast! Thank you!

Well, I think that I got the umbrella about a month ago and I was pleased when it arrived intact without any defects. The day that I brought the umbrella with me to use it rained extremely hard and it was very windy.No sooner than I opened it up the wind blew it.
