This skirt looks fantastic. My wife is 5'4" and the size 16 fits her perfectly. I have been looking for this skirt on the internet since the internet was invented 20 years ago. A simple black full-pleated skirt - why should this be so difficult? Understand that the French Toast uniform wear is made for ease of use. The fabric is light weight and 100% synthetic; machine wash, drip dry, holds a crease, travels well. This skirt works perfectly with Wolford stockings and a cashmere sweater from Victoria's Secret. Nobody can guess the price!

The size chart linked to this item seems to indicate it is a woman sized skirt. I bought a size 18 skirt and its waist band was 3 inches smaller than the stated 35 inches. Too bad. The quality of the item was very nice for the price. I was trying for a "school girl" look but didn't want a pleated mini skirt as was available as a costume.

I knew going into the purchase this is a school uniform skirt and it may not live up to my expectations. Boy was I wrong. This was a good quality material and it looked great. Will buy again.
