The silicone skin is secure, thick and protective and allows access to all the ports on the iPod Nano®. The tuneband has a comfortable stretchy Velcro® band that fits both large and small arms. Also, the tuneband comes with a low tack peel screen protector. Finally, the tuneband is compatible with the Nike+iPod system, allowing you to attach the Nike+iPod receiver to the iPod.

I bought myself this product for my newly purchased I-Phone after seeing the reviews in Amazon. This product kit has a a simple arm band for i-phone - that I use regularly for gym 20 mins 4 days a week, a screen protector and a screen wiper cloth. Even though the band did not fit me so easily as I have thin arm, but figured out a method to fit my arm size. I use in my fore arm as much as I use it in my arms.
I would suggest this product to everybody whos looking for a cost effective arm band for I-phone/I-touch.

I was on the hunt for a armband that would fit my nano, be comfortable, and be moisture/ sweat free. I read other reviews that said this was the best one and moisture does not get it. WRONG! The silicone case has two slits in the back for the armband to go through, just enough of an opening for moisture to get in. I wish I had know about the backing beforehand. I was definitely unhappy with this.
Overall it's just a regular armband, nothing special.

The product itself is about what you would expect (silicon shell that closely fits the ipod, with a velcro strap that works fairly well). However, their customer service was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the wrong case, and they preemptively contacted me and sent the correct replacement.
